Sarah Murray very kindly shared this excellent Padlet of resources on transitions from pre-school to primary school in Ireland on Twitter last year. She has put an enormous amount of work into collating all of these resources and we are very grateful to her for sharing them for free with the education community in Ireland. Maith thú Sarah. The generosity of teachers knows no bounds.
