Award of Green Flag
Green Schools
Green Flag Awarded

Today is a great day for the school as we were awarded our first Green Flag. This has been a very big project that has been taking place over the last year. Great credit is due to Ms. Fitzgerald and the Green Schools Committe for their hard work and dedication. They have taught us all a lot about recycling and reusing over the year and they have managed to change old habits in a big way. It is now very difficult to find any tin foil or cling film in the school, also the place is much cleaner and more efficient. We are making great efforts to decrease the use of paper and photocopying in all the classes so the project is making a real and lasting difference. Well done to all involved.
